My parade unit would like to show its support to the Mid-Western Rodeo by enclosing a check or money order in the amount of $_______________
NOTE: Do not throw items (candy, etc.) from float. You may walk along the curb and hand it out. Consumption of alcoholic beverages before or during the parade is NOT permitted. Parade officials will remove your unit if this rule is not followed. No water guns allowed.
Line up: High School parking lot: 515 E. Fourth Street at approximately 9:00 AM
Horses, mules and ponies: Coggins test is required!!! You will NOT be allowed into the parade if you do not have the original AND a copy for our records.
Prizes will be given to the best in each of the following categories. (CIRCLE THE CATEGORY YOU WISH TO BE JUDGED IN)

Entrants after June 25, 2012 will not be judged for prizes.
Those receiving compensation for being in the parade will not be judged for any prizes.
